Irregular cylindrical lens
Irregular cylindrical lens are mainly our customized product according to the customer's requirements, and the ordinary cylindrical lens flat surface different from the normal flat surface of a cylindrical lens.
Therefore, China Star Optics uses Trioptics center measurement and Zygo GPI interferometry to evaluate the quality of each lens. All lenses are available uncoated or with a wide range of highly durable, low-loss AR coatings, and can be customized to meet your needs.
A cylindrical lens is a lens with different radii on the X and Y axes, so the lens is cylindrical or semi-cylindrical in shape and has image magnification on only one optical axis. Cylindrical lenses are used to correct astigmatism in the eye and for rangefinders, which produce astigmatism and stretch a point of light into a line. Ideal for demanding laser processing and medical applications, cylindrical lenses are also widely used to collect and focus light for many imaging applications.
