According to the customer's design requirements, our microlenses can be made of various optical glasses or other materials. For example, the lenses used in medical endoscopes are often made of H-LaF76, H-LaF53, etc. The outer diameter ranges from 0.3mm to 5.0mm, and any curvature radius can be processed. The lens varieties are extensive: plano-convex, plano-concave, double convex, crescent, etc. CSOPT combines the bonding process and special grinding process to also provide unique rod-shaped bonded lenses. These types of lenses have excellent eccentricity and light transmission aperture indicators.
